Economist for the Large Business & International Division of the Internal Revenue Service, authoring expert valuation opinion reports as part of examinations of sophisticated transfer pricing exams.

Contract accountant and SEC manager for medium sized publicly traded corporations. Primarily serve as the point person to Big 4 Auditors reviewing and auditing complex financial statements, create 10-K and 10-Q reports.
